When is Customer Service Open?
Walter Knoll Florist Customer Service is open every day of the year except Thanksgiving and Christmas.
WKF Customer Service Hours
- Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 6:00 pm
- Saturday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Sunday 9 am to 1 pm
- Holidays: New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day. We are open from 9 am to 1 pm
- Christmas Eve, New Years Eve. Closing at 2 PM
- On days leading up to Floral Holidays: Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, Secretaries Week, Mother's Day. We are open extended hours.
- Mother's Day we are open from 8a to 6p.
- If Valentine's Day is on a Sunday we are open to at least 6p.
